We have a full line of herbs in 3 1/2 inch pots and some in 6 inch pots. Some are hardy zone 4 perennials!
The full array of veggies come in 6 packs and 4 inch pots.
 

SOME AWESOME HERBS
 

Lemon Grass East Indian: It is a tropical, aromatic grass, which smells intensely of lemon drops.  Makes a delicious tea. In Northern climates,
Oregano Sal's Choice: Always  consistent great oregano flavor with large gray-green leaves on tall stems.  24" tall and very hardy.
Rosemary Tuscan Blue: Conradina (Dixie Rosemary) is a small, very fragrant shrub, native to the South Eastern United States. Silver-grey, needle-like foliage resembles that of rosemary. It has tiny, jewel-like, purplish flowers. A good candidate for the grey garden. Winter indoors in the North.
